How to pay your Rent


We have made it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent.

Please do remember - it is YOUR responsibility to pay it ON TIME, EVERY TIME.

Payment options:

  • Online :

  • Debit or credit card - we have a 24 hour automated service for paying your rent via debit or credit card. Call us on 0800 585 360 and have your debit or credit card details ready. There is no charge for this service. (We may record your call for training purposes).

  • Direct Debit - a simple and secure way to pay on any day to suit you between the 1st and the 28th of the month.

  • Phone or internet banking - if your bank or building society offers phone or internet banking, you can make payment using the following bank account details:

    Bank name: National Westminster Bank,  Sort Code: 60-03-27,  Account Number: 79141684

    Please quote your 12-digit housing reference number.

  • Standing order - contact the Income Team who will give you a standing order authorisation for you to take to your bank.

  • Post Office - you can by cash, debit card or cheque, (payable to "Post Office Ltd").  Remember to take your rent payment barcode with you.

  • PayPoint Outlets - you can pay by cash or debit card at any PayPoint in the UK and many are open 24 hours a day. This service is free.
