Please note that payment needs to accompany this booking form, which can be made either by cheque (payable to Sedgemoor District Council) or by debit card over the telephone at 0845 408 2540. Please quote the reference 7631/7377 and advise the customer services advisor of the name of the hall to be hired. The code for the insurance is 2209/8112. Please leave the hall as you found it and do not tamper with the equipment. The hall hirer is responsible for ensuring all windows are securely closed before leaving the premises, the cooker switched off and no taps left running. Please be aware of the fire procedures and do not exceed the permitted number. It’s also very important that you familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation procedure which is displayed on the blue and white fire actions signs at the premises. Please note that any equipment that you use at the hall which is not supplied by Sedgemoor District Council will be done so at your own risk. These are some of the terms of hall hire.
