Essential IT Maintenance Notice

Please be aware that due to essential IT maintenance, our phone lines and emails will be down, and customers will be unable to connect to any payment links or the online portal from 4:30pm December 1 to 9:00am December 5.

If you need to report an emergency repair during this time, please contact our out-of-hours service at 0800 585 360. 

If you are due to make a rent payment online or via the automated payment system during this period, we are aware that you will not be able to, so please do so as soon as possible week commencing December 5. Direct debits should not be affected.

The reception will be open on Friday, December 2 and we are happy to help, however, we will not have access to our payment or housing IT systems.
