Homes in Sedgemoor’s year in review

We are pleased to invite Homes in Sedgemoor tenants and leaseholders to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is taking place on Tuesday 27 September 2022 at 1pm.

We are meeting in person in the Sedgemoor Room, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR.

There will be a review of the year provided by the Chair and Chief Executive of Homes in Sedgemoor and the Leader and Chief Executive of Sedgemoor District Council.

The AGM will also receive the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 and will look to appoint external auditors for the upcoming year. Board member retirements, appointments and re-appointments will also be discussed. Our Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee will also be present to take any questions.

The AGM also provides an opportunity for tenants and leaseholders to raise questions to the Board.

Final arrangements for the AGM will be confirmed closer to the date with updates provided on our website.
