Invitation to Annual General Meeting

We are pleased to invite Homes in Sedgemoor tenants and leaseholders to this year’s hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is being held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 1pm.
The meeting will take place in the Sedgemoor Room, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR, and is expected to last around 40 minutes. There will also be facilities to ensure customers can join the meeting virtually, if they are unable to attend in person.
There will be a review of the year provided by the Chair of Homes in Sedgemoor’s Board as well as representatives of Somerset Council.
The AGM will receive the Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2023 and will look to appoint external auditors for the upcoming year. Board member retirements, appointments and re-appointments will also be discussed. Our Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee will be present to take any questions.
Tenants and leaseholders will also have the opportunity to raise any questions to the Board.
