Learning more with the Tpas National Tenant Conference

Homes in Sedgemoor’s staff and tenants Sharon Collard, Sarah O’Neill and Pauline Hayes attended the Tpas National Tenant Conference 23, where they learned a lot from the two-day event.

STAC member Pauline said: “I’d like to thank you for inviting me on the conference. Despite hearing some awful and appalling tenant stories, I came away not only knowing I had learned a great deal but also grateful and full of pride knowing Homes in Sedgemoor is my landlord.
“I took lots of notes and heard lots of good tips and advice that I know will help me in my role on STAC.”
