National Customer Service Week: Service with Respect
Our customers are the forefront of all we do, and as such we treat everyone with respect.
Conversely, we also expect the same respect, to ensure we have strong relationships and can deal with problems and situations as and when they occur in a friendly and calm manner.
Where there are challenging interactions we will work closely with other agencies and team members to bring about a solution, but overall our customers are happy with the service we provide and we continue to have a very high engagement rate.
