We would like to advise customers that, due to a Covid-related backlog of repairs and self-isolation guidance, we are experiencing slight delays with completing some repairs.
We are working hard to clear the backlog but, similar to other service providers across the country, this has taken longer than hoped. We understand this is frustrating for customers and we thank you for your patience.
We are still running our Same Day Repairs service where possible, however, when reporting a repair, you may be asked more questions than normal to allow us to prioritise the repairs. In some instances, we may discuss with you fixing your repair on a different day, which is convenient for you.
We would urge customers to continue logging your repairs, and we will organise for an operative to fix your repairs as soon as possible.
If you have already logged an outstanding repair, we will contact you directly to discuss when this is likely to be fixed.
