Phone Payment Changes

The way customers pay their rent or charges is changing on Monday, August 1, 2022. 

Income Team Leader, Ian said: “Removing the over-the-phone payments will improve our security and the security of our customers who choose to pay via a phone line.

“The change will also increase the flexibility of the payments as it’s not limited to our Customer Services Teams’ working hours.” 

To improve security and allow us to answer calls more efficiently, you will no longer be able to call Homes in Sedgemoor colleagues to pay your rent or charges. 

You will still be able to use our automated payment system, by calling us on 0800 585 360 and then pressing option 1. 

Another option is to set up a weekly or monthly Direct Debit, so you don’t have to worry about paying your rent manually, just give us a call and we can set this up for you.

You can still pay your rent over the counter at Post Offices and at PayPoint outlets.
